Optum Rx account features

During my time with Optum, I was the content/UX writer for all account-related webpages, which included features such as payment methods, shipping addresses, health care information, manage plan member or caregiver access, and digital member ID card. This group of webpages also included specialized features such as specific medicare programs, copay savings card opportunities, and access to wearable health tracking data.
