Ford Credit E-mails

Over the course of the last year, my team and I have overhauled virtually all Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services e-mails. This includes marketing messages, payment notifications, application information, and much much more. As the sole copywriter for Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, I wrote all copy for nearly all e-mails that Ford and Lincoln customers will receive. This was an extensive project affecting all parts of the Ford Credit/Lincoln Automotive Financial Services ecosystem, and work remains ongoing as we endeavor to vastly improve Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services’ communication with our customers.
