Ford Credit My Next Vehicle (MNV) Program

As the copywriter for Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, I helped spearhead the new and highly successful “My Next Vehicle” (MNV) program. I’ve written copy for the program across the Ford online application, app, and various e-mails sent to Ford Credit users and Ford vehicle consumers. Using machine learning, My Next Vehicle program features personalized suggestions for current Ford customers. The program pinpoints specific vehicles on individual dealership lots, allowing for Ford customers to recieve bespoke vehicle recommendations based on their own preferences, past purchases, and more. The MNV program has resulted in a significant source of added revenue for Ford and will continue as a major initiative for Ford Credit in the future.
